Based in Manor Park since 2011 we offer a 5 star service to our Landlords and Tenants. Our commitment to improve the rental market has been rewarded by Newham Council by awarding us a 5 star rating. Our latest initiative is to offer Experian Credit Rating to all of our tenants.
We currently cover most ares in North and East of London and Essex. Areas we cover include: Newham, Redbridge, Barking and Dagenham, Waltham Forest, Tower Hamlets, Havering, including sought after locations like Gallions reach and Docklands, Greenwich and the O2, Whitechapel and Poplar, Stratford and Manor Park, Walthamsow and Leyton, Tottenham and Edmonton.
We expand to new areas constantly, so if your area isn’t listed, please enquire, as w may still cover it.

To hold client money protection, we need to hold a set minimum professional indemnity insurance cover, our client accounts must be audited and we must undergo strict annual audits to ensure we offer the best protection to your monies.

Experian Credit Reporting
We work in partnership with Experian, one of the leading Credit Referencing companies in the UK to enable even the most vulnerable tenants to improve their credit score, by simply paying their rent on time!
The Office for National Statistics has confirmed that in 2017 approximately 4.5 Million households (63%) where in renting their home. Most of these would be diligently paying their rent on time, but this would not be reported anywhere and would not help them increase their credit rating, compared to home owners with a mortgage, where their monthly mortgage payments would be reported to credit referencing agencies, which would overtime improve their score.
We decided to change the tune, hoping that many more Landlords and Agents would follow us soon.

Our staff is either qualified or qualifying Propertymark agents, offering you great service and knowledge.
We offer registration of tenancy deposit for both Insurance and Custodial Schemes with MyDeposits and the DPS.
